The Challenge

When Environ Civils first came to us, they hadn't even decided on a name, but they had a clear vision for the future. While Environ would operate as a standalone business, it was part of the wider MIDA Group, so the brand needed to feel connected yet distinct. The goal was simple: launch a new infrastructure contractor with the credibility and presence to win work from day one. We were brought in as a strategic partner to handle every aspect of their digital setup, from brand creation through to a professional online presence.


Laying the Foundations

We began with an in-depth brand exploration, working alongside the leadership team to define a name, identity, and direction that matched their long-term ambitions. From day one, the goal was to create a professional brand that could scale effortlessly across every touchpoint: business cards, letterheads, email signatures, and an initial holding website. Providing Environ with the credibility of a fully established contractor from the very start.

This holistic approach meant every element was consistent, cohesive, and ready to grow with the business. It allowed Environ to hit the ground running, win early tenders, and avoid the costly rebrands that often come when companies expand faster than their brand strategy.

Branding with Purpose

Environ entered the market with a clear USP in sustainability. However, as a brand-new company with no case studies, they needed a rock-solid identity to make that promise credible from day one. The brand had to work across every touchpoint, from tender submissions to on-site signage and machinery, while instantly communicating two core themes: infrastructure and the environment.

We developed three distinct brand concepts, each exploring a different balance between the two. The chosen direction took its inspiration from nature itself. We studied the intricate vein structures of leaves, networks that mirror the infrastructure we build in the real world. This became the foundation of the visual identity, symbolising both connection and sustainability, and giving Environ a unique mark they could own - because when you’re investing millions in equipment and pitching for major projects, the brand needs to look the part.


We rolled out a complete brand strategy, making sure every asset was aligned and fit for purpose:

  • Full logo, colour palette and typography
  • Brand guidelines for internal and external use
  • Printed materials including business cards, letterheads, brochures and van vinyls
  • PowerPoint templates and internal newsletters
  • Signage and wall graphics for the new office

Everything’s been tightened up, rolled out properly, and made ready for scale.

Developing a Website Built for Growth

With the brand wrapped up, we changed focus to designing a website that needed to do more than look sharp. It had to help a new player in the infrastructure space stand out and build trust fast. That meant showcasing their expertise in sustainable and environmentally conscious delivery, supporting tender submissions, and projecting the confidence of a well-established contractor from day one.

We designed the site to do exactly that. Clean, confident, and modern visuals. Sharp layouts that make the right first impression. Just enough animation to guide the visitor without slowing them down. Striking imagery and video show their commitment to sustainable practices, while persuasive copy builds credibility and makes it clear why they’re the smart choice for major infrastructure projects.

Every page was designed with a purpose; from helping secure tenders to attracting the right talent, to supporting rapid business growth. And because it’s built on a fully custom WordPress framework, the Environ team has complete freedom to scale the site, launch new content, and keep evolving without expensive rebuilds down the line.

Supporting Tenders with 3D Animation

To help Environ stand out in a key tender, we created a fully bespoke 3D animation showing the entire pump station installation process, step by step.

Built with technical accuracy and creative polish, the animation made a complex process clear and engaging, helping decision-makers quickly understand the scope, quality, and professionalism behind Environ’s approach.

The result was a tender that not only stood out visually, but also built trust, simplified the technical story, and reinforced Environ’s credibility from day one.
